Insieme per il Lavoro supports social innovation projects by accompanying and supporting project ideas or starting projects and by building, together with the organization that is applying, personalized strategic support paths and training opportunities on issues related to social entrepreneurship.
Insieme per il Lavoro – Social innovation projects
Insieme per il Lavoro (Together for work) is a project for the inclusion in the world of work of people with little autonomy in the search for employment, which enhances motivation, supports basic and specific training, and guarantees ad hoc tutoring within companies.
The project was born from the collaboration between the Municipality, the Metropolitan City and the Archdiocese of Bologna: the network includes associations, trade unions and the non-profit sector, so as to become an effective tool for a dialogue between job supply and demand in Bologna.
Insieme per il Lavoro it also supports social innovation projects by accompanying and supporting project ideas or starting projects. Insieme per il Lavoro facilitates these projects by building, together with the organization that is applying, personalized strategic support paths and training opportunities on issues related to social entrepreneurship, by Social Seed, a laboratory for social innovation in the third sector.
The call is aimed at entrepreneurial social innovation projects candidates by third sector entities (ETS) already established (eg: cooperatives, associations, etc.) and with registered office in Bologna.
Applicable projects must have the following characteristics: create new jobs, generate social impact on the territory of Bologna Metropolitan city, pursue economic sustainability in the medium term (3 years), develop territorial collaborations for the realization of the project.
Organizations can apply either as a single organization or as a network of organizations. In both cases a team of people (min 2-max 5) responsible for the project will take part in the accompanying path.
