AIESEC Polish Local Committee in Kielce
AIESEC is the world’s largest independent youth-led organization, operating in 122 countries at local, national and global levels. For 45 years, we have been developing leadership qualities in young people through practical experience in projects supporting the implementation of international exchanges.
The Local Branch of AIESEC Kielce has been operating for 27 years and currently has 13 active members who are students of Jan Kochanowski University, Kielce University of Technology and WSEPiNM. On a daily basis, we organize internships and internships for students from Kielce, we accept apprentices and trainees to companies and organizations in Kielce, and sometimes we also organize local projects. Our members participate in numerous trainings and conferences on a local and national scale. Our branch cooperates with other local branches around the world, incl. in Egypt, Greece or Brazil.
At the AIESEC Kielce branch, we currently deal with two programs:
– Global Talent – a program of internships and internships abroad, under which young people aged 18 to 30 can gain professional experience abroad in such areas as IT, Business Administration, Business Development, Finance, Engineering, Management and others. In Kielce, we cooperate both with students who want to undertake such a project abroad, as well as with companies and institutions that are interested in accepting students from abroad for internships or internships. Projects last from 9 to 78 weeks.
– Global Teacher – a program under which young people aged 18 to 30 can gain experience abroad as a teacher of a language or other subject at school or university. As in the case of the Global Talent program, we cooperate both with students in Kielce and with institutions interested in this program. These projects also last between 9 and 78 weeks.
