We are making the Czech Republic a better place to live. We are using the potential of libraries and community centres to do this.

Due to the needs of the Czech economy and industry, an increasing number of foreigners are coming to the Czech Republic. They often live here separately from the majority population with minimal knowledge of our culture and customs.
There is no wide network of workplaces in the Czech Republic that are prepared to work with minorities. However, we have a very rich network of libraries that enjoy great trust from the citizens and are seen as learning organisations.
The goal of the project is to create a comprehensive licensed integration program for the largest minority populations that can be used in any other library, community center, or other appropriate meeting place.
The concept includes an outreach and training program for staff applicable to each location, a unified visual concept, and outreach materials in a variety of languages.
