The intention of the prepared document is to provide information on the situation in a clear form and the development of ongoing legislative changes in the social economy and support social enterprises in connection with the adopted Act on the social economy and social enterprises with regard to the territory of Slovakia.

The aim of the analysis is to capture a significant legislative change in the form the newly adopted comprehensive law on the social economy and social enterprises, as well as in relation to the current preconditions for the development of social entrepreneurship to map the impact social enterprises in the social economy. In this context, the ambition is analytical document capture a complex environment in order to monitor changes, respectively. development legislative framework and support for the creation of social enterprises and the future development of the sector social economy in the Slovak Republic.
